La Case is a boutique real estate agency on the Côte Landaise, in south-west France, dedicated to a deliberately small number of exceptional properties. Rather than volume, we choose distinction: each year we represent only a handful of homes, and devote to each the attention, discretion and staging that larger agencies cannot offer.
Born from a prestige property-management business serving luxury second homes along the coast, La Case brings an intimate knowledge of its territory and a network of discerning owners and international clients. Our signature lies in image: every property is presented through in-house cinematic photography and film, capturing its light, its materials and its art of living — where others settle for a few pictures.
We operate across eight communes of the Côte Landaise, between the Basque Country and the Landes forest, a sought-after region of ocean, golf and preserved nature. Many of our sales take place off-market, with the confidentiality that owners of rare properties value.
Fluent in French, English and Spanish, we guide our clients — French and international alike — from valuation through to the notarial deed, with a single, dedicated point of contact throughout.
