Ronnetta Griffin

Ronnetta Griffin is the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Griffin Fine Real Estate, an independent boutique brokerage based in Greenville, South Carolina and serving the greater Upstate region. Founded in 2021, the firm has become known for its highly personalized approach to luxury real estate, combining elevated marketing, strategic positioning, and concierge-level service. While the brokerage is recognized for representing exceptional luxury properties, estates, and private residences, its guiding philosophy remains the same for every client: refined service, direct accessibility, and an unwavering attention to detail.

Ronnetta intentionally limits the number of clients she represents in order to provide a more tailored and relationship-driven experience. Under her leadership, Griffin Fine Real Estate has cultivated a reputation for elegant presentation, sophisticated storytelling, and thoughtful marketing strategies designed to showcase not simply a home, but an entire lifestyle. From historic properties and equestrian estates to modern custom homes and waterfront retreats, the brokerage is known for representing some of the Upstate’s most distinctive residences.

With a background in marketing, public relations, and visual design, Ronnetta brings a creative and strategic perspective to every listing. A graduate of Columbia College with a B.A. in Studio Art and Communication Arts, she combines her eye for design with years of real estate experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. She holds multiple industry credentials, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® and Million Dollar Guild® recognition through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Originally from South Carolina, Ronnetta and her husband, Tom Griffin, spent years relocating throughout the country before settling in Greenville in 2010. Those experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the emotional and logistical complexities involved in buying and selling homes, particularly for relocating families and executives.

Beyond real estate, Ronnetta is the CEO of Ironology Health Solutions, an advocacy-focused company dedicated to raising awareness about iron deficiency anemia, a condition she personally battled for years before receiving a diagnosis. She also serves on the board of the Iron Disorders Institute and remains active in charitable and community organizations throughout the Upstate.

A former Miss South Carolina and Mrs. South Carolina, Ronnetta has been featured in The Greenville News, TOWN Magazine, and TALK Greenville for both her professional accomplishments and philanthropic contributions.

Today, Griffin Fine Real Estate remains a family-centered brokerage, with sons Thomas and Teddy joining the business and helping carry forward the company’s commitment to hospitality, integrity, and elevated client care. Outside of work, Ronnetta enjoys interior design, antiquing, candle-making, traveling, boating, and spending time with their dog, Scout. Her work — and her brand — reflect her belief that true luxury is found not only in beautiful homes, but in the experience surrounding them.
