As Strategic Consultant to the Fondazione Don Gnocchi — a major healthcare organization comprising over 5,000 employees, 43 residential care facilities (RSA), and 2 IRCCS research hospitals — he directed a comprehensive reorganization program, delivering operational efficiencies of €150 million, real estate disposals totaling €120 million, and overseeing the development of a new €90 million IRCCS facility.
He served as Head of Finance of the Arras Group, a real estate company later listed on the stock exchange, as well as of several other corporations and start-ups.
Currently, he acts as Board Advisor and trusted consultant to Private Equity funds, Real Estate funds, Venture Capital firms, and Family Offices, providing high-level strategic and financial guidance within complex investment environments.
