CASA IN TOSCANA® is headed up by Nikolaus F. Barnewitz. Born in Germany, he has been working in the property market in Tuscany since 1997.

Mr. Barnewitz, German native speaker, moved to Tuscany many years ago, together with his parents, to live in a wonderful house that they built themselves, not far from Castellina in Chianti.

We are given exclusive rights to act as agents for properties on the basis of our concrete results, which we achieve thanks to our unique position on the Tuscan property market.
