Missy Holladay

I graduated from college with a BS in Marketing and have been in sales for over 20 years. I’m originally from Louisiana. We moved to Knoxville in 2013 and I loved the area so much, I became a Realtor! I cover Knox and the surrounding counties, which is everywhere up to an hour or so around Knoxville. I have a degree in Marketing and participate in several KW conferences and learning events yearly. I work with all types of clients including sellers, investors (both STR and long term), relocations, retirees, first-time home buyers, and new construction, and the majority of my business is referral-based. Since getting my license in 2014, I’ve sold over 290 homes for over $100M in volume.

I am lucky to be married to the love of my life, and have two beautiful girls, two handsome stepsons, and two sweet granddaughters.
