Born in Troyes, in the Aube region of France, Dominique worked as a real estate agent for a decade before falling in love with Marrakech — a turning point that changed the course of her life. In August 2003, she settled in the Ochre City and founded CD Immobilier, an agency dedicated to exceptional properties: prestigious riads in the heart of the medina, discreet villas in the Palmeraie, palaces, and luxury apartments.

More than twenty years later, Dominique continues to practice her profession with the same passion and an unwavering attention to detail. To each of her clients, she offers an intimate knowledge of the market, sound advice, and access to rare addresses that cannot be found on property portals or displayed in shop windows — the kind of opportunities shared quietly by word of mouth and reserved for those in the know.
