A luxury real estate specialist based in Portopiccolo — one of the Adriatic’s most exclusive waterfront destinations — my career has been shaped by the positioning, marketing, and sale of high-end properties for an international clientele.

After more than two years contributing to the sales of newly developed residences within the village, in 2023 I co-founded Portopiccolo Apartments, a boutique property management and hospitality company. Within a short timeframe, we assembled a curated portfolio of 35 residences, strengthening the connection between ownership experience and long-term property value.

Since 2025, I have focused on the direct sale of prestigious homes through a deliberately selective model, managing a limited number of assignments to ensure tailored strategies, discretion, and careful execution.

I work with buyers and sellers who value informed guidance, confidentiality, and a measured, professional approach grounded in deep local market knowledge.
