As the founder of We Are Costa Rica Real Estate & Rentals (WERCR), I’m proud to say I’ve built a boutique firm with a bold attitude and a portfolio that many say reads like Costa Rica’s luxury A-list. I’ve carved out my space in this highly competitive market by breaking industry molds with equal parts grit, grace, and grounded experience. While my team and I have direct and co-listed access to over 1,000 of the country’s most exclusive properties, my true passion lies in working directly with buyers—and my greatest asset is something you won’t find on paper: deep, personal understanding.

Why? Because I’ve lived the expat life. I was raised in Costa Rica by expat parents—my mother is from Barcelona, and my father is originally from Alabama—so I understand the nuances, hesitations, and dreams that come with relocating. I know firsthand what it feels like to build a life abroad, to need trust in your advisors, and to crave the blend of comfort, opportunity, and authenticity that Costa Rica offers. That’s why I specialize in serving the expat market—not just as a broker, but as a guide who truly gets it.
