When you walk into the front door you will be welcomed to a spacious living room that walks right into the full kitchen. The primary bedroom is on the right side and no need to climb stairs. There is additional space upstairs for sleeping if you choose to. Go downstairs and you will find a pool table, video game and dry bar. This is suited for great entertaining. There is another living room set as well and if you so desire, could be used as another sleeping area. Walk outside and find the hot tub that was purchased in July of 2024. Sky Harbor is in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so you can get the best of both worlds. This cabin is very easy to get to and great flat parking. It is also self-managed. The Seller has taken great care of this cabin with many updates and upgrades. Some of which include, in 2026 a new Water Heater, replaced deck upstairs and stair treads going down to the hot tub, New Washer, New Couches in the Game Room. Speaking of you don’t have to go out to do your laundry, a full-size washer and dryer is here for your convenience.
