In front of the entrance, a door connects to over 400 m² of original constructions of the masia — currently in ruins — that offer great rehabilitation potential.
First floor: a staircase leads to a central room with high ceilings that preserves remnants of frescoes, evoking the historical richness of the property. On this floor, there are four spacious bedrooms, all with stunning views. High ceilings are a distinctive feature throughout the rooms, along with preserved original elements such as wooden beams, Catalan tile floors, and Catalan vaulted ceilings that underscore the authentic character of the masia.
