STATE AND FINISHES
The historic building underwent conservation in 2018 and the roof has been fully remade to make it totally waterproof. Inside, the house is in excellent condition and boasts the typical features of the historic palazzi in Sansepolcro, with high ceilings, ample windows, terracotta and graniglia floors and wooden beams. Particularly interesting is the red-and-white checkered pattern in the original tiles of the bedrooms. The lofts, with their very high ceilings, are currently in builder’s finish but could easily be completed and used to expand livable surface of the apartment. 

EXTERIORS
