Villa Dans Le Chianti

In the wonderful countryside of CHIANTI, we have a portion of a Villa, located in a small village, just a few kilometers from San Gimignano, immersed in a territory characterized by extraordinary landscapes, ancient villages, castles, churches, villas, and farms. The villa is a nineteenth-century building that features the typical characteristics of a Tuscan country house; the restoration of the hospitality spaces has preserved the original layout and elements, with pre-existing materials salvaged and restored: terracotta, sandstone, cypress windows and doors, and period furnishings. The portion of the villa measures a total of 470 square meters and is composed as follows: on the ground floor, there is an entrance and an elegant frescoed living room with a fireplace; on the first floor, there are two suites consisting of a spacious living room, bedroom, and bathroom; on the second floor, there are three large bedrooms, each with a bathroom; and in the basement, there is a restored cellar of 50 square meters. Completing the property is a barn of about 50 square meters, a storage room (wood shed) of about 60 square meters, and a shed of approximately 24 square meters, all surrounded by around 5 hectares of land, with olive trees and partially arable land.
