House Description

The main building, recently renovated, is divided into two very bright units with independent entrances, labeled A and B on the floor plan. With minor construction work, these can be combined into a single prestigious residence (see attached project proposal).

Apartment A consists of a ground floor living-dining room and WC, with a first floor accessible by an internal staircase featuring a hallway, bathroom, and bedroom.

Apartment B includes a ground floor living-dining-kitchen area (not habitable as a kitchen), hallway, and bathroom; the first floor has a night entrance, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Both units share a large terrace accessible from the living area, paved with large stone slabs, perfect for dinners or gatherings with friends while enjoying a unique and unforgettable panorama.

Adjacent to the building is a large oven, and a little further on, a single-story agricultural annex with a spacious storage room and bathroom.

Currently, the building is not connected to the public water supply but has a large rainwater collection tank located in the basement beneath the large terrace. It is possible to drill an artesian well.
