Wave Garden sits on a 45,000 m² site in the Las Iguanas sector of Cap Cana, facing holes 7 and 8 of the Las Iguanas golf course, a Jack Nicklaus design, and a short walk from Juanillo beach. This 209 m² apartment has two bedrooms and, like every residence in the development, faces the golf course. Punta Cana International Airport is five minutes away.

The development comprises up to 296 residences of one, two and three bedrooms, designed by a Spanish architecture studio whose awards include the OPAL 2021 for architectural design. The developer has entered an alliance with an international hotel group and the residences carry the Angsana name; the brand launched in 2000 and its group reports 90 hotels across four continents. Shared amenities include tennis, a fitness centre, a spa, mini golf, a coworking area and a sports bar, with finishes the developer describes as luxury.

The property operates as a condo-hotel: buyers join a rental programme run by the operator. The developer states owners receive 75% of net profits after operating and maintenance expenses, with 25% to the management company, and limits personal use to 60 nights a year with blackout dates. Its return projections assume 28 days of private use and rates and occupancy expected only after ramp-up, from year four, and carry no commitment.

Payment terms declared are a reservation deposit, 25% at the promise of sale, 55% during construction and 20% on delivery. Completion was declared for March 2025; the documentation does not confirm current progress.
