K&A is a Portuguese real estate company headquartered in Foz, Porto, since 2005.
We operate across four key sectors: Residential, Leisure, Corporate, and Hotels & Resorts.
In the Residential sector, we focus on the luxury market in prime locations, where we have successfully sold some of the finest properties in the areas where we operate.
In 2007, we also decided to invest in Porto’s downtown area and its urban regeneration.
In 2008, we became the first official Portuguese real estate agency accredited by Porto Vivo SRU, and throughout the years we have actively contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto’s historic city centre.
In 2017, we relocated our headquarters to Porto’s Foz waterfront, where we opened K&A’s flagship office, benefiting from outstanding visibility.
In 2019, we strengthened our team, participated in our first real estate exhibitions, and launched the first edition of the K&A magazine.
In January 2020, we launched a charitable initiative, “Let’s Help the Homeless”, with the goal of helping provide housing solutions for homeless people in Porto.
In September 2020, we expanded the K&A brand to other regions of Portugal, namely the Golden Triangle area in the Algarve.
In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
In 2023, we began participating in international real estate exhibitions, further strengthening K&A’s presence in the global property market.
