Villa Historique Avec Parc à Noci, Bari, Pouilles

The historic villa with park, nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Noci and just a short distance from the town center, is an ancient estate complex that was transformed in the second half of the 19th century into a prestigious noble residence. The main building, known as ”the Villa,” is a remarkable architectural example, seamlessly blending various styles. The villa is spread across two levels, featuring ten spacious rooms on the ground floor, equipped with essential services and amenities, and arranged around a large central hall. From this hall, a monumental staircase leads to the upper floor and the private chapel, which is also accessible from within the villa. The chapel, adorned with a gold-decorated altar, boasts a thick marble slab at its entrance inscribed with the names of the property’s owners, symbolizing a blessing for future generations.

On the first floor, a generous hallway connects the salon and living room, leading to six bedrooms, each offering direct views of the park through windows, balconies, or private terraces. The main avenue, flanked by towering pine trees, leads to the villa, while smaller paths are bordered by a diverse array of tree species, such as holm oaks, cypresses, eucalyptus, plane trees, and laurels. Noteworthy is the dry-stone perimeter wall, adorned with wrought iron balconies and fragments of rock, which adds an additional layer of charm and uniqueness to this exceptional property.
