Architecture of the 1900s, this pretty seaside villa of 160 m2 has everything a great one has to offer. Located in a dominant position on a plot of 632 m2, it faces the bay of Marseille and its port, in the picturesque district of Mourepiane, in l’Estaque.
 
Outside, the house has retained all its original elements characteristic of the architecture of the beginning of the century.
