Founded by Lee Figueiredo, Parkview brings together more than two decades of experience in the Algarve property market with a distinctly international perspective.
Portuguese-American and fluent in both English and Portuguese, Lee grew up in the United States before returning to Portugal after completing her degree in International Business Management. Her career in Algarve real estate began within the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, first working closely with its Architecture & Construction department and later moving into property sales.
That experience provided an invaluable understanding not only of luxury property, but of the people, lifestyle and expectations behind some of the Algarve’s most sought-after addresses.
In 2007, Lee founded Parkview Real Estate with a simple philosophy: luxury real estate should be personal.
Today, Parkview advises an international clientele of buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, with particular expertise in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and the Algarve’s renowned Golden Triangle, while also representing carefully selected opportunities elsewhere in Portugal.
