DESCRIPTION :

Offering breathtaking views, this 73-hectare estate in one piece, including 26.5 hectares of vines, has at its heart a tastefully renovated 18th-century bastide, divided into three independent dwellings, and is complemented by a detached caretaker’s cottage. It offers an elegant and spacious living environment, with large, bright rooms, a swimming pool and landscaped gardens of around 4,000m2 facing south.

BUILDINGS :

They offer stunning views over the valley as far as the eye can see! The main bastide has a total surface area of almost 440 m² and is divided into three separate dwellings:

- The main house offers more than 260m² with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en suite shower rooms, a large reception room, a small lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room and a wine cellar in the basement.

PRODUCTION:

The estate offers a range of wines in all three colours. Sales are made to export markets and to a network of wine merchants in Paris. The entire production is sold in bottles, including the brand name and customer database. It is important to note that the company makes substantial profits.
