In the heart of the Tuscan hills lies a prestigious agricultural estate set in a landscape of extraordinary beauty, where tradition, innovation, and hospitality blend harmoniously. Spanning a total area of 55 hectares, this property stands as a true excellence of the region.

A full 20 hectares are dedicated to producing Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG, with an annual production of 240,000 kg of grapes, alongside Vin Santo and white wine, refined expressions of this unique region.

The winery, thoroughly modern and well-equipped, allows for meticulous processing at every production stage, featuring 1,500 quintal steel tanks and yielding 70% of the wine production.

The operation also produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil from 7,000 select olive trees planted over 25 hectares, yielding approximately 12,000 kg of excellent oil. The agricultural land is partially automated for harvesting, ensuring efficient management. The on-site mill, fully equipped and used also for third-party services, ensures cold pressing that preserves aromas and organoleptic properties.

The real estate section, with an internal area of about 2,800 square meters, includes two master villas of 120 sqm and 190 sqm respectively. The agritourism features 6 guest rooms with bathrooms and 13 fully renovated, functional apartments, finished with attention to every detail. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort all year round. Guests can relax in two splendid pools: one rectangular and one round with a heated saline water panoramic view, overlooking the gentle surrounding hills.
