The small kitchen on the mezzanine floor, with a large stone fireplace, is perfect for preparing breakfast and is located near the sleeping area.
From the first floor there is also access to a solarium equipped with sofas and deckchairs, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding panorama and, on clear days, also of the sea.
The park surrounding the swimming pool is an oasis of peace with lush vegetation and tall trees that offer coolness during the hot summer days.
The barbecue and dining area, equipped with tables and chairs, makes poolside moments and parties possible.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to a large hallway/living room connected to the kitchen, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is accessible for disabled people) and the main living room, which includes a billiard corner and a lounge area with sofas and fireplace. The living room offers direct access to the pool area.

Guests can explore the beauty of the Itria Valley, with its characteristic trulli and the picturesque towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni and Martina Franca.

Bari airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
