The Masseria, owned for generations by an ancient Conversano family, is the perfect combination of the uncontaminated typicality of the ancient rural historic dwellings in Puglia and the modern comfort found in the conveniences of the living area, the sleeping area, and the private reserved pool.

Located in the countryside of Conversano, immersed in rural peace but also in close proximity to inhabited areas, the masseria, dating back to the eighteenth century, has been completely renovated, tastefully furnished, respecting the rustic tradition in the flooring, with characteristic stone slabs, in the walls of living stone and whitewashed in the classic lime finish and, in general, in the study of every detail, aimed at maximum comfort but always in respect of tradition.

The interior, spread over an area of over 700 square meters, is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 10 people in the rooms on the first floor with the possibility of hosting up to 12 people using the 2 larger rooms as quadruples, and 1 person on the ground floor in a room with independent access from the garden.

The ground floor consists of the dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a disabled bathroom, and a room with a single bed with independent access from the garden. A large part of the ground floor is reserved for the impressive lounge with stone vaults visible, enriched by a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a billiard table.

On an intermediate level, there is a second kitchen area, mainly used for breakfast, equipped with a characteristic antique kitchen and a large central fireplace.

On the first floor is the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms, each with an exclusive bathroom.

From the vestibule of the sleeping area, access is gained, through a French door, to the large terraces overlooking the park and the swimming pool, serving as a sunbathing area and a refreshment area on mild evenings.

The external area, facing the ground floor, is occupied by a bucolic pergola, surmounted and refreshed by an impressive wisteria plant and enriched by original flower beds made in ancient troughs, with a table and chairs in wrought iron, for outdoor dining in the utmost tranquility.

The masseria is equipped with a modern photovoltaic air conditioning system, which guarantees heating and cooling of the rooms as well as a thermal sanitary system for hot water production and is equipped with internet connection throughout the house and smart tv.

The farmhouse is immersed in a pine forest of about one hectare of varied vegetation, within which there is the private pool with salt treatment, surrounded by a pine forest with an English lawn and furnished with charming garden furniture.

Privacy and absolute security are guaranteed by a radio surveillance system, which ensures immediate intervention for any need, and by the perimeter wall, beyond which the space is dominated by untouched vegetation and majestic ancient olive trees

La Masseria, da generazioni di proprietà di un’antica famiglia conversanese, è la sintesi perfetta tra la tipicità incontaminata delle antiche dimore storiche rurali pugliesi e il comfort moderno che si ritrova nelle comodità della zona giorno e della zona notte e nella riservata piscina privata.

Situata nell’agro di Conversano, immersa nella quiete campestre ma anche ad immediato ridosso dell’abitato, la masseria, risalente al XVIII secolo, è stata completamente ristrutturata, arredata con gusto, rispettando la tradizione rustica nella pavimentazione, con le caratteristiche chianche, nelle pareti, in pietra viva e imbiancate nella classica finitura calce e, in generale, nello studio di ogni dettaglio, teso al massimo comfort ma sempre nel rispetto della tradizione.

L’interno, che si sviluppa su una superficie di oltre 700 mq, è articolato su tre livelli e può ospitare fino a 10 persone nelle stanze al primo piano con possibilità di ospitare fino a 12 persone utilizzando le 2 stanze più grandi come quadruple, e 1 persona al piano terra in una stanza con accesso indipendente dal giardino.

Il piano terra è composto dalla sala da pranzo, una cucina ben attrezzata, un bagno con doccia, un bagno disabili e una stanza con un posto letto con ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Buona parte del piano terra è riservata all’imponente salone con volte a crociera in pietra viva a faccia vista, arricchito da un camino, confortevoli divani e poltrone e tavolo da biliardo.

In un livello intermedio si trova una seconda zona cottura, destinata prevalentemente alla prima colazione, fornita di una caratteristica cucina d’epoca e di un grande camino centrale.

Al primo piano è ubicata la zona notte, composta da quattro camere da letto, ciascuna dotata di bagno esclusivo.

Dal vestibolo della zona notte si accede, tramite una porta finestra, alle ampie terrazze che dominano il parco e la piscina, fungendo da solarium e da area di ristoro, nelle serate miti.

La zona esterna, prospiciente il piano terra, è occupata da un bucolico pergolato, sormontato e rinfrescato da un’imponente pianta di glycine e arricchito da originali fioriere realizzate nelle antiche mangiatoie, con tavolo e sedie in ferro battuto, per pasteggiare all’aperto nella massima quiete.

La masseria è dotata di un moderno impianto di climatizzazione fotovoltaico, che garantisce il riscaldamento e il raffrescamento degli ambienti oltre che di un impianto termico sanitario per la produzione di acqua calda ed è dotata di collegamento internet in tutta la casa e smart tv.

La masseria è immersa in una pineta di circa un ettaro di vegetazione variegata, entro cui trova spazio la piscina privata con trattamento al sale, circondata da una pineta con prato inglese ed arredata con graziosi mobili da giardino.
