Entreprise Cinigiano

Cinigiano (GR): Winery with an agricultural warehouse and land of 25.30 hectares composed as follows:
- Approximately 9.5 hectares of vineyard in production, partly registered with the Montecucco DOCG, fenced, cultivated with integrated pest management, well on the way to organic certification, with a drip irrigation system, featuring quality Sangiovese, Merlot, and Syrah grapes.
- Approximately 6 hectares of coppice woodland;
- Approximately 9.8 hectares used for scrub pasture and arable land.
The warehouse is used as an agricultural shed of about 300 square meters, recently built with connections to public utilities.
The property is completed by an artesian well that serves a storage tank of 30,000 liters, and an artificial pond of about 10,000 cubic meters.
The company has approved projects for a winery of about 800 square meters, a rural building partly for residential use for the farmer, and partly for multifunctional agricultural use of approximately 240 square meters in total.
