Leopoldina with a tower among vineyards and olive groves in the beautiful Chianti countryside was restored a few years ago, with some finishing touches still needed to restore the structure’s full charm.

The house has an area of 450 square meters and is adjacent to a warehouse of over 80 square meters that can be transformed into a spacious outbuilding. It is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2000 square meters, fully fenced around the perimeter.

On the ground floor, there is an apartment with three living rooms separated by brick arches, giving an original and ancient flavor to the space. It also features a large kitchen overlooking a spacious veranda, a master bedroom, a bathroom, and various accessory rooms.

On the second floor, the main house includes a large entrance hall with an antique fireplace, a dining room with a kitchen, a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, three additional bedrooms, another bathroom, and two charming rooms in the tower, from which you can overlook the entire surrounding area.
