- 4 hectares of quality vineyards of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon registered in the DOCG of Montecucco;
- 6 hectares of arable land in gentle hills;
- 2 hectares of producing olive grove;
- Small coppice and orchard.
- Portion of a farmhouse on two floors of about 160 sqm consisting of kitchen, dining room, living room, four bedrooms, hallway, and bathroom on the ground floor, and an attic of about 90 sqm on the first floor accessible by an external staircase.
- Annexes used as a tool and agricultural machinery shed, animal shelter, warehouse, and cellar totaling 400 sqm.
The company has its own brand and is sold including equipment and machinery for land and vineyard processing as well as equipment for winemaking and wine storage/aging.
