Large windows create a continuous dialogue between inside and outside, while the open kitchen, enriched with authentic Vietri ceramics, becomes an integral part of the space, designed for natural and seamless conviviality.

The first experience of the house is reserved for the Open House on Saturday, February 28, from 11 AM to 1 PM, a selected moment for those who truly want to understand the value of the place.

A hallway leads to the more intimate areas, where a mezzanine study offers a cozy and inspiring space. The two large and private double bedrooms are designed for genuine rest and are served by three bathrooms finished with Vietri ceramics, artisanal elements that elegantly and distinctively tell the story of the Mediterranean.

The approximately 70 sqm terrace is the heart of the experience: a rare outdoor space in Capri, where light, panorama, and privacy merge, creating a natural extension of the home. A place to slow down, host a few chosen guests, and live Capri without being overwhelmed by it.
