A stately 19th-century villa, surrounded by tree-filled grounds, with outbuildings and a swimming pool, in the middle of a city with strong architectural heritage, two hours from Paris, in Burgundy. Located in a very residential neighbourhood with wide, tree-lined avenues bordered by many private mansions with impressive façades and appreciated for its tranquillity and discreetness, the property is accessible via a spiked entrance gate, which opens on to the grounds, as well as a second entrance from another avenue that provides vehicular access to a gravel parking area.
