Growing up in Honolulu as part of a multigenerational real estate family, I developed deep roots across the islands and relationships that span decades. This foundation has shaped not only my career but my genuine love for connecting people with Hawaiʻi’s most exceptional properties.
I’ve had the privilege of working with international sellers, investors, and discerning clients seeking Hawaiʻi’s premier real estate. One of my career highlights was being selected to represent Park Lane Ala Moana – Honolulu’s billion-dollar luxury development and one of the most prestigious projects in the Pacific – through its exclusive sales brokerage.
As both an agent and an investor, I’ve witnessed firsthand how strategic real estate decisions can create lasting wealth. With the right guidance and collaborative approach, Hawaiʻi offers some of the most promising investment opportunities available. My perspective is also shaped by nearly two decades as an entrepreneur – I’ve owned a restaurant and co-founded HIE Heirlooms of Hawaiʻi, a fine jewelry company. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons about business, negotiation, and client relationships that I bring to every real estate transaction.
Beyond my professional life, what matters most to me is family and preserving Hawai‘i’s unique way of life. Our culture, traditions, and natural beauty are treasures I’m honored to share with clients discovering the islands for the first time. I understand that Hawaiʻi’s most coveted properties rarely come to market – and when they do, they’re often sold quietly. Through trust, teamwork, and my extensive network, I help clients access these discreet opportunities.
I hold a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. I take an integrative, business-minded approach to real estate with strategic marketing at its core, believing that thoughtfully brokering community assets is essential to everyone’s success.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling or surfing, usually with my two daughters, Eliza and Jordan. I also love collaborating with my husband, Andrew Shaw, AIA, a local residential architect, on new design projects that celebrate Hawaiʻi’s architectural heritage and future.
