What began as a boutique consultancy specializing in exclusive land and asset transactions has grown into a trusted partner for financial institutions, family offices, developers, builders, and global investment funds. Since 2008, we have been delivering comprehensive, end-to-end management solutions with a clear focus on excellence and value creation.
In 2010, we embraced the premium and luxury residential market, developing and marketing exceptional homes in Barcelona and Madrid. Our footprint has since expanded to Andorra and Costa Brava-Empordà (2021) and the Balearic Islands (2024), offering discerning clients privileged access to Spain’s most sought-after destinations.
