Jose Alberola

José Art is a Sales Project Manager at Arco Properties, where he leads commercialization strategies, investment analysis, and project coordination for real estate developments in Casco Antiguo. He is a licensed real estate broker in Panama, with extensive experience advising international investors, especially foreign clients looking to make their first investment in the country or continue building strategic real estate portfolios.

José holds a Finance degree from USMA (Universidad Santa María la Antigua) in Panama City and an MBA from Florida International University (FIU). He began his career in Panama’s banking sector, developing expertise in customer service, credit analysis, and financial management.

He later worked at Dell, one of the largest technology companies in the world, and at JP Morgan Chase, where he strengthened his skills in financial analysis, corporate sales, and strategic planning. During this period, he completed his first real estate investment in a pre-construction project, capitalizing on its appreciation and establishing the foundation for his career in the real estate industry.

Throughout his trajectory, José has advised hundreds of clients on buying, selling, and renting properties, with extensive experience in market analysis, return projections, negotiation, and investment strategies.

He has represented the Panamanian real estate market at international events such as the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show(2017–2019), specialized conferences in Lima, Peru (2021), and the AAHOACON in New Orleans, among others.

José maintains a strong commitment to professional development, participating in seminars with leaders such as Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, and Darren Hardy, continually strengthening his strategic vision and focus on performance and growth.
