After starting her career in marketing and advertising, working with a residential real estate firm locally, Erica spent 12 years in finance with Morgan Stanley. Since returning to the industry she loves, Erica has been recognized among the top 2% of brokers and Top Individual Producer in her office each year since joining Keller Williams Raleigh. She is a member of the ALC, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and has been Series 7, 31, 66 and insurance licensed.

With a love of North Carolina and all things Raleigh, Erica has been an active volunteer and committee chairperson at some of our local community standouts - among them the NC Symphony, Carolina Ballet, Raleigh Chamber, and House of Hope NC and currently serves on the board of directors for the Realtor Giving Network. When not at home enjoying family and friends in downtown Raleigh, you might find Erica recharging her batteries at Lake Gaston with her husband and boys.
