Brock Squire is the founder, Broker and CEO of Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty®, the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Mexico and the network’s number one office in the country since 2021.
A Canadian with a B.Comm in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, Brock arrived in Puerto Vallarta in the 1980s and founded the firm in 1986, when Banderas Bay was still making the turn from quiet fishing town to international destination. Four decades later he has closed or directed more than $1 billion USD in residential real estate and represented 33 multifamily developments across Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit.
From 2001 to 2008 he served as Director of Sales at Punta Mita Resort, pioneering the sale and marketing of one of Mexico’s benchmark luxury resort communities. That experience still shapes how he takes new construction to market: a clear sense of place, a defensible value proposition, and pricing built on evidence rather than optimism.
Brock is a past president of AMPI Puerto Vallarta, a founding committee member of MLS Vallarta, and a NAR member. Today he leads more than 40 AMPI-certified agents across three offices in Marina Vallarta, Zona Romántica and Sayulita. In 2025 the brokerage closed 379 transactions representing over $250 million USD.
He works personally with owners of trophy property, developers bringing new projects to market, and international buyers who want an experienced hand on both sides of the border.
