Description
The villa, dating back to the 1400s, stands in the middle of the property grounds, and upon entering the entrance gate, it manifests itself in all its beauty. Surrounded by the garden, it presents itself with the typical layout of Florentine villas. The entrance introduces into the characteristic uncovered patio with the buildings surrounding it, to the right the small chapel still consecrated and at the bottom of the patio the orciaia. At the bottom of the patio is the entrance to a wing of the villa, on the ground floor a small apartment for service people that includes the kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. The stone staircase leads to the second floor that arrives in a large living room, while the corridor disengages the bedrooms, 3 doubles and bathroom.
The stone staircase from the patio leads to a characteristic covered terrace that through three glass doors allows you to enter this other wing of the villa, a corridor leads on the right to the hall with a characteristic fireplace still working, while on the right the large kitchen with adjoining living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa is in fair maintained condition despite the fact that the elapsed time has left its mark in some parts of the house, while the structure is generally in good condition. The old stone fireplaces, wooden coffered ceilings and typical Tuscan antique terracotta floors are of great value.
