8. Update on ongoing works - General Meeting minutes June 2026

Approval of work accounts (art 24).
Several works are underway:
- Replacement of toilets between 4th and 5th floors following last year’s General Meeting decision.
The start of the work was slightly delayed for various reasons.
Scheduled for June 15 and 16.
- Elevator shaft cleaning
In progress with the elevator company.
- Investigation
Basement (Steering Committee)
Following the architect’s visit in October 2025 (report attached to the notice), he recommended investigations in the underground network.
The quote from Lavillaugouet company was signed in January 2026 after approval by the Steering Committee.
The company has been contacted again for the intervention.
- The work provision call was made in April 2026 for €4,812.
- Repair of flashings and cracks (Steering Committee)
Following leaks observed in the apartment of Mr. and Mrs. METON/ESCUDE, repairs of flashings and cracks were carried out in September.
The provision call was made for €1,638 in October 2025.
- Terrace waterproofing works (Steering Committee)
Since the repairs of flashings and cracks were insufficient to stop the leaks, another company was consulted and recommended redoing the waterproofing of the entire terrace.
The Laumonier quote was approved by the Steering Committee for €6,894 and the work was completed.
The call is scheduled for July 1, 2026.
