Generosity, the flair of the early 20th century and a flexibly usable space characterize this listed townhouse, which was built as part of an ensemble in 1902/03 in a historic villa colony not far from the Nymphenburg palace wall. Designed as an imposing gabled building, this property conveys an extraordinary presence and allows the outbuildings to recede into the background.
Partly original oak herringbone parquet flooring, white coffered doors with beautiful frames and an impressive wooden staircase create an extremely inviting, stylish ambience. Room heights of at least three meters and all-round ceiling stucco underline the enchanting flair of the old building. The rooms cover an area of approx. 300 m² over four floors and offer plenty of scope for development. The mezzanine floor is currently designed as a self-sufficient granny apartment. A highlight is the beautifully landscaped garden, which creates a park-like atmosphere and offers space for a pool.
In 2001/02, the property was extensively renovated in close consultation with the Office for the Protection of Historical Monuments, bringing it into the 21st century. As part of further measures, the old villa can be developed into a luxurious residence.
