Rio Real is one of Marbella’s most established residential corridors, occupying the eastern approach to the city where the Sierra Blanca foothills begin to flatten toward the coast. The beach at Los Monteros is a short drive, as is the Nikki Beach club and the restaurant strip along the N-340. El Corte Inglés in central Marbella is under ten minutes by car. The Rio Real Golf Club is directly accessible from the area. Puerto Banús is approximately fifteen minutes west along the AP-7.
