THE NEIGHBORHOOD: MAHO

Maho is the island’s liveliest corner, at the end of the airport runway where jets pass low over Maho Beach. Maho Village puts a casino, restaurants, bars and duty-free shops within a few walkable blocks, with Mullet Bay Beach and the island’s only golf course next door. Aquamarina sits on the quieter lagoon side at Point Pirouette, a few minutes from the village and the airport.

OWNING AND RENTING IT

Our estimate of gross rental income for the villa is US$120,000 to US$155,000 a year. BUYING IN MAHO
