Castiglion Fiorentino - Magnificent country house completely restored. Originally built in the 16th century, it stands majestically on a hill, surrounded by breathtaking and varied scenery of rolling hills and woods. The house was built from scratch on the site of an old ruin between 2006 and 2008, while the outdoor area, including the swimming pool, was completed in 2009. Here you will also find a double bedroom with a fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, along with a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The terraces with barbecue area surrounding the house offer breathtaking views of the valley and the traditional Tuscan countryside, making it the ideal location for entertaining or relaxing. A 6 x 15 m infinity pool with sun terrace, shaded lounge area, changing room, bathroom and outdoor shower is located in a private position below the house. Two imposing cypress trees frame the main entrance to the enclosed Mediterranean garden, enriched with olive trees, lavender, rosemary and roses. Ample space is available to park up to five cars.
