My situation was complicated – I was living and working in Hong Kong, under strict lockdown and quarantine restrictions. When combined with local city rules within the old town center, this was going to be no small task. Teresa immediately rose to the challenge. She first of all found the perfect property for me. It was also clear that her priority, above all else, was the absolute satisfaction of both the buyer and the seller. Teresa kept all parties in the transaction engaged, and worked to establish a strong feeling of trust between us all.
