Licensed since 1978, Tim has spent 48 years building his business on relationships — the majority of his clients come through personal recommendations, including referrals from other top-producing agents who’ve hired him to represent their own real estate needs. He has closed more than $100,000,000 in sales and 1,000+ transactions, spanning estate homes, waterfront and country club properties, vacant land, and investment real estate at every price point.
Tim holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of Realtors and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. He is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), placing him in the top 10% of producing agents nationally, and has been part of MasterBrokerForum, a group of leading SE Florida brokers, since 2014.
Tim is a member of Florida Realtors, which exceeds 238,000 members, and a past President of the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches, which now exceeds 90,000 members. He also served as a past Director for both Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a two-time Realtor Associate of the Year for Florida Realtors and three-time winner for Palm Beach County — both firsts in each organization’s history. Additional honors include Cyberstars Member of the Year (twice), Florida Certified Residential Specialist of the Year, and past Women’s Council of Realtors honors for Member of the Year and Mentor of the Year.
