Hey everyone, I’m Sarah Corn, a real estate broker based in the beautiful Western North Carolina mountains. This place is not just where I work, but it’s also my home, and I feel truly honored to be a part of this community with my son and husband.

On the selling side, I help my clients price their homes competitively, prepare them for market to ensure they receive top dollar, market them effectively, handle negotiations with potential buyers, and much more.

I love all things real estate but particularly love real estate investing and have been flipping houses since 2018. It’s been an exciting journey, and I’ve learned so much along the way. One thing I absolutely love is sharing my knowledge and teaching others how to invest in real estate. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping people achieve their dreams, which is the foundation of my business.

Another thing that fills me with immense joy is helping children in foster care. As a foster parent of Haywood County, I’ve had the privilege of making a positive impact in the lives of these incredible kids. I have been blessed beyond measure and believe in giving back in a big way.
