Real estate has been in Leslie’s life from the beginning. She got her start in 1991 at Sandcastle Realty, the Island’s first vacation-rentals-only agency, founded by her mother. After earning her broker’s license in 2007, she served as Director of Sales and Broker of Record for the newly launched Harbor View Hotel Captain’s Cottages. This milestone blended luxury real estate with hands-on leadership.

In 2014, Leslie launched Portfolio Properties with a clear vision: to build a brokerage rooted in care, integrity, and client-first service. Today, the firm includes a dedicated team of seasoned brokers, sales associates, and professional support staff — all aligned around the belief that reputation is earned through relationships, not self-promotion.

As a leader, Leslie is both caring and driven, with a strong focus on mentoring agents and helping them grow into confident, capable professionals. She believes in attracting clients through service and sincerity, and is deeply committed to excellence in both her personal and professional life. Leslie adds a new certification or designation each year as part of a lifelong commitment to mastering her craft and staying ahead in a constantly evolving industry.
