I’m Jonathan Winn, a Charlotte-area native who’s traveled the world, yet always found his way back home. With a strong family heritage just outside the city in Rock Hill, SC, I’ve come to appreciate what makes Charlotte truly special: its dynamic growth, rich diversity, and a spirit of creativity that welcomes opportunity. It’s a city that blends southern charm with global ambition and I’m proud to serve the people who call it home.

Before real estate, my career began in luxury hospitality — working in world-class hotels and five-star spas, including time as a concierge at one of Charlotte’s most prestigious properties. That foundation in high-end service taught me how to anticipate needs, deliver with excellence, and curate experiences that feel effortless and elevated. I bring that same level of care, discretion, and attention to detail to every real estate client I serve today.
