Fabio Lima Battistini

Fabio has almost a decade of experience in real estate. He handles international buyers and sellers. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy, after obtaining a master’s degree in International Trade and with professional experiences in North America, Europe and Australia, he decided to return to Umbria in 2018. He began working with an estate agency specialising in the sale of country cottages, falling in love with his new job. Over time, he specialised in the post-sale management of properties: from property management to project management and rental management on behalf of his clients. Today, he is the owner of Private Properties RE, combining his years of experience with his passion for real estate.
