Christy holds certifications in: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Million Dollar Guild, Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and was ranked in the top 1.5% solo agents nationwide in 2021 by Real Trends.
Christy co-founded the Hearth & Stone Luxury Home Tour in 2020 to serve the North Denver & Boulder, CO region.
While luxury sales makes up about 30% of our business, we pride ourselves on serving every client at every price point with white glove (or construction gloves as needed) service. From new builds, land deals, second and investment homes - we customize a plan for each and every client.
As a referral partner, we commit to ongoing communication with our agent partners so they know their referrals are being well taken care of.
When Christy is not busy helping others with real estate, she is busy with her family of three kids, husband and dog in Louisville, Colorado. She is also actively practicing two styles of martial arts, and holds a First Degree Black belt within the Oom Yung Doe style. Hiking, cooking, traveling and catching up on a good book always find time into the busy days as well.
