Blunder Bay Estates stretches along a mile of the celebrated coast of the North Sound. There are 66 acres of gentle hills that slope down to sandy beaches adorned with palm trees and exotic flora. A small restaurant and a mega yacht marina are in place, and there are plans to extend both of these amenities soon. Private docks are in place for the lots on the property that face Moskito Island, Richard Branson’s latest resort for the Caribbean.
The property is divided into 45 parcels from .5 acres to 2 acres each that are available for your consideration. Lots can be combined if you wish. Blunder Bay Estates will design your dream villa, manage the build, and deliver the keys for your home if you desire, or you can contract your own design and build team. Some owners may want to consider the possibility of building over water, and this is possible at Blunder Bay. Whether you prefer a large hillside lot or a waterfront parcel with a private dock, the utilities are below ground and ready for your building to begin.
All of the government permissions are all in place, so as soon as your plans pass the Architectural Review, you can start building. The owners of the Resort have negotiated an expedited landholder’s license approval process, so there will be little delay.
