Charmantes Weingut Im Herzen Der Provence

Villecroze is a small Provençal village in the Var department, set within the Haut-Var between the Verdon Gorges and the Maures massif. The village is known for its troglodyte caves, its medieval old quarter, and the wooded park at its centre. The surrounding landscape is defined by vineyards, olive groves, and oak forests, placing it firmly within the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation, one of the region’s most respected wine-producing territories.

Daily life centres on the weekly market in the village square and the restaurants along the main street. Tourtour, often called the village in the sky, is a ten-minute drive. Aups, with its truffle market and larger weekly market, is roughly fifteen minutes away. Cotignac and Salernes, both known for their artisan producers and local commerce, are within twenty minutes.

The nearest TGV station is at Les Arcs-Draguignan, approximately 30 kilometres away, with direct high-speed services to Paris in around three and a half hours. Toulon-Hyères Airport is roughly 70 kilometres south, and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, the region’s principal international hub with extensive European and intercontinental routes, is approximately 100 kilometres east, reachable in around 90 minutes by car.
