Da weder mit dem Abriss des bestehenden Gebäudes noch mit dem Neubau begonnen wurde, müssen eine neue Baugenehmigung und eine Strandschutzbefreiung beantragt werden. Nach Gesprächen mit der Gemeinde hat sich der Plan für das Gebiet nicht geändert, weshalb es sehr wahrscheinlich ist, dass eine neue Baugenehmigung und eine Ausnahmeregelung für den Küstenschutz für ein ähnliches Bauwerk genehmigt werden. This pier is in poor condition, but for those who want to renovate it and use it, an easement agreement can be signed with the landowner.
Building permit and beach protection exemption have been granted for 480 sq m BYA for the main building, 78 sq m BYA for the guesthouse and 21 sq m BYA for the boathouse/sauna. The start notice was approved on 2024-03-11. Since demolition of the existing building or new construction has not begun, a new building permit and beach protection exemption need to be applied for. After discussions with the municipality, the plan for the area has not changed, which is why it is highly likely that a new building permit and shore protection exemption for a similar construction will be approved.
