Vallauris is a hilltop town in the Alpes-Maritimes, set between Cannes and Antibes, with a reputation built on two things: ceramics and Picasso. The artist worked here in the late 1940s and early 1950s, and the town’s identity has been shaped by that association ever since. The elevated residential quarter of Super Cannes, which straddles the boundary between Vallauris and Cannes, is one of the most sought-after addresses on the Côte d’Azur, known for its large private plots, mature pine cover, and unobstructed views across the Bay of Cannes.

Daily life here centres on Cannes, a ten-minute drive down the hill, for the Marché Forville, the Rue Meynadier food shops, and restaurants along the Croisette.
