The boutique hotel is planned with 30 suites, each featuring private terraces, fireplaces and independent patios, together with 10 exclusive glamping pavilions, each with its own private pool. At approximately 6,560 feet above sea level, the vineyards of Valle del Silencio occupy a distinctive terroir shaped by its high-altitude microclimate and remarkable diversity of soils. The development will also feature an exclusive boutique winery, dedicated solely to producing wines from grapes grown within the estate.

The Private Estates, designed by renowned Argentine architecture firm Bórmida Yanzón Arquitectos, will be conceived as a seamless extension of the surrounding landscape. Each will offer the opportunity to combine a private residence with a private vineyard, controlled access, preserved natural surroundings and a private helipad.
